- Can Raptivity Presenter interactivity be used in my existing PowerPoint presentations?
Yes! Once an interactivity is created using Raptivity Presenter, you can embed it in any presentation with minimal effort. - Does Raptivity Presenter output require any proprietary plug-ins to play?
No. The output of Raptivity Presenter is a single flash file, which plays without the need of any propriety plug-ins. All you need is Flash Player 8 or above which is free.
- Do you offer discounts to educational, non-profit and government organizations?
Yes. We offer discounts to educational institutes, non-profit and government organizations. These are not valid in combination with any other special offers. - Do you offer volume discount?
Yes, we offer volume discounts. Please write to us at info@presentation.harbingergroup.com for more details. - Do I have to pay per presentation for interactivity?
No. The interactivity you create using Raptivity Presenter can be published for royalty free distribution to any number of presentations. So you only pay for the license, and can create any number of interactivities. - How do I purchase Raptivity Presenter?

- Can we purchase Raptivity Presenter from our preferred vendors?

You can use Raptivity Presenter with PowerPoint 2010, 2007 and 2003. The presentation file formats supported are .PPTX, .PPT or .PPS. - Can I embed sound in interactions?
Yes. Raptivity Presenter allows you to have sound over the different customizable components present with the interaction. Not only does it provide you with a seamless way of integrating the sound files with the content but also helps you to record your voice on-the-fly while customizing. - Does the presentation become heavy if I embed Raptivity Presenter interaction in it?
It depends. The size of the interactivity is directly proportional to the resolution of the images or the quality of the audio. We would recommend use of optimal resolution as well as audio to get the minimum file from Raptivity Presenter. We have also provided appropriate recommendations in the notes section while customizing the interaction. This would guide you for selecting the appropriate files for each interaction. - How do I report a problem?

The Raptivity Presenter End-User License Agreement entitles a single user to use Raptivity Presenter on a singe computer. If you wish to install the software on additional computers, you will need to purchase additional license(s).
