Which browsers are supported by Raptivity Web Expert interactions?

Most of the browsers. Since output of Raptivity Web Expert is a flash file it supports all the browsers which Flash would support.

Can I embed sound in interactions?

Yes. Raptivity Web Expert allows you to have sound over the different customizable components present with the interaction. Not only does it provide you with a seamless way of integrating the sound files with the content but it also helps you to record your voice on-the-fly while customizing.

Do I need a streaming server to use videos in my interactivity?

No. Raptivity Web Expert manages the buffering of the video by itself and hence High Definition videos can be embedded with ease and the output would be just fine.

Does the web page download become slow if I embed Raptivity Web Expert interaction in it?

It depends. The size of the interactivity is directly proportional to the resolution of the images or the quality of the audio. We would recommend use of optimal resolution as well as audio to get the minimum file from Raptivity Web Expert. We have also provided appropriate recommendations in the notes section while customizing the interaction. This would guide you for selecting the appropriate files for each interaction.
